These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZenVault AssetIQ provided by ZenVault Limited ("ZenVault", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Service

  • You must use AssetIQ lawfully and only for authorised property and asset management purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt platform operations.

Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to AssetIQ.
  • You grant ZenVault a limited, non-exclusive right to process this data to provide, secure, and improve the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is accurate and that you have rights to use it.

Security and AI Processing

ZenVault applies technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect customer data. AI-supported capabilities are operated within managed enterprise services, and customer data is not used to train public AI models.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. ZenVault's aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to fees paid for the applicable service period, unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are effective from the date published on this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
